Description Finely cast bronze figure of Shou Xing, the Chinese God of Longevity, seated serenely atop a well-modeled ox. Depicted with elongated cranium and flowing robes, the deity holds his hands in repose. The ox, with lowered head and detailed musculature, stands in mid-stride. Circa late 18th century.
