Bai-Win Antiques – Payment & Refund Policy
We want every customer to buy with confidence and clarity.
Payments
- We accept bank transfers, credit cards, approved online platforms, and cash in NTD for in-store purchases.
- All prices are in NTD. International buyers are responsible for currency conversion and bank fees.
- A 30% deposit may be required to hold an item. Deposits are non-refundable unless agreed otherwise.
- Final balance is due within 14 days of invoice.
Shipping
- We ship within Taiwan and worldwide using insured professional carriers.
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Once an item is paid in full and handed to the carrier, ownership transfers to you.
Refunds & Returns
- Antiques naturally show signs of age — these are part of their history and not considered defects.
- If an item is proven by recognized experts to have been materially misrepresented, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping/customs costs).
- We cannot offer refunds for change of mind.
- If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can process an insurance claim.
- Approved refunds are issued via your original payment method within 14 business days.
Special Cases
- Consignment and auction sales are final unless stated otherwise.

- We use materials and methods that protect fragile and valuable items.
Shipping
- Taiwan: We ship with trusted local carriers.
- Worldwide: We ship internationally with insured professional carriers.
- Buyers are responsible for shipping fees, insurance, customs duties, and any import restrictions.
- We provide necessary export documents but cannot guarantee clearance in every country.
Ownership & Risk
- Ownership transfers to you once the item is fully paid.
- Risk of loss or damage transfers when the item is handed to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Times
- We will provide estimated delivery times, but please note these are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
If Something Goes Wrong
- If an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will file a claim with the shipping insurer on your behalf.
- Refunds or compensation are issued only once confirmed by the insurer.
